Meet Our Staff
Senior Pastor
Joe joined the staff of First Baptist in October of 1995. He has been in the ministry for over 31 years and has a Master of Divinity degree from Southwest Baptist Theological Seminary and a Doctor of Ministry degree from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Joe and his wife Patsy have 2 grown children, Christy Hudson and Bart Fowler. They have three grandchildren, P.J., Savannah and Aubrey.
Executive Pastor
Terry joined the staff of First Baptist in April of 2003. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Information Systems and Quantitative Analysis from the University of Arkansas and a Master of Arts degree in Christian Education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Terry and his wife Phyllis have two adult daughters. Amber is married to Jamie Epperson and they reside in Texas. Jennifer is single and resides in Frisco, Texas where she works as an International Sales Manager for a global shipping and logistics company.
Terry and Phyllis celebrated the birth of their first grandchild when their daughter, Amber, gave birth to Hannah Mae in May 2008. Hannah is a beautiful gift from God and she represents the beginning of a whole new phase of life for Papaw and Nuni.
Music Minister
Wade Daniel joined the staff of FBC in August 2009. He has been in the ministry for the past 30 years, serving in Texas. He has a Bachelor of Music and a Bachelor of Music Education degree from Lamar University in Beaumont, TX. He also has a Master of Church Music and a Master of Music degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Ft. Worth, TX. Wade is a member of the Grammy and Dove nominated 'Century Men' choir, an auditioned Southern Baptist Men's choir comprised of Ministers of Music throughout the United States that records and tours throughout the US and overseas.
Wade is active as a piano and voice teacher, a member of OTMA and a judge for the National Piano Guild. He has produced several solo piano cd's. Adopted into a Christian home as a baby, Wade experienced the joy of the Lord and surrendered to the ministry while in college. He is blessed with his wife Becky, a graduate of Baylor University, and their daughter, Ashley, an aspiring watercolor artist.
Education Minister
Lance joined the staff of First Baptist in April of 2003. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education from Oklahoma State University. He received a Master of Arts degree in Religious Education/Youth from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Lance and his wife Missy have two children, Austin and Kelsey.
Student Minister
Kevin joined the staff of First Baptist in November of 2008. Kevin and his wife Holly are the parents of two beautiful children, Hope and Micah.
Children's Director
Michelle joined the staff of First Baptist in June of 2008. Michelle and her husband Kevin are the parents of three children, Fletcher, Chandler and Emory.

Josh grew up in Bartlesville and attended the University of Oklahoma where he earned a degree in Health and Sports Science. After college Josh married his high school sweetheart, Krista Dalton, and they moved to Texas where Josh began a career in the fitness industry and became an integral part of Krista's counseling career at Heartlight Ministries in Longview working with troubled teens. After their stint in Texas, Josh and Krista missed their Oklahoma roots and returned to the Owasso area. Josh has continued to advance in his Fitness career where he is certified by the American Red Cross in first aid and CPR and as an A.C.E. personal trainer.
Josh and Krista have a son, Sawyer, who is 20 months old, and is his dad's best buddy.
