Weight Room
Our weight room is designed to give the user a full body workout. Each of the selected pieces of equipment allow the user to perform at least two exercises. Our weight room is designed for experienced lifters with 250 lb weight stacks, as well as the beginner who will benefit from our weight room orientation. Everyone must complete the weight room orientation in order to use the room. We have daytime and evening orientation classes that are held each week. You may find more specific information about these classes and sign up for the orientation by visiting the FLC and registering at the front desk.
